Each merchant has its own process for fulfillment and shipping, however, we work with each merchant to determine whether it’s a good fit for Neverland.

Processing & Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, merchants will typically process your order within 24-48hrs (business days, M-F) and get your order ready to ship for all orders, plants included.
You will be notified via email once your order is shipped. You can always reach out to us via chat or [email protected] if you are curious about your orders.
We’ve inspected all of our merchant's packaging processes to ensure that your plants get delivered stress-free. Each merchant uses sturdy, plant-specific packaging and wraps the plant up to ensure safe delivery.
If a plant arrives damaged, you are covered under our 30-Day Trust Guarantee for live plants.
For live plants, all of our merchants ensure that your plant arrives safe and healthy. They typically ship with priority shipping which can be 2-4 days shipping depending on where you are located. Some plants are able to thrive healthily with standard shipping of 3-5 business days.
Depending on the merchant, they may have additional shipping options if you’d like to expedite your shipping and get your plant to your doorstep faster.
At a minimum, the base shipping is always the length of time that will allow the plant to arrive at your doorstep in a healthy condition, and stress-free. You can shop with confidence at Neverland.
Delivery times are always estimates and can not be guaranteed, as shipments may be affected by weather-related delays or events outside of our or the merchant’s control. Our merchants use respected carriers - USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc to provide the best possible shipping experience and fast delivery times.
Neverland guarantees that plants ordered through our platform will be covered under our 30-Day Trust Guarantee from the purchase date and arrive healthy and in good condition. Note: In November-February, this policy only applies to plants that have been purchased with a heat pack if you live in a frost area with cooler months.
At Neverland, we can cancel your order if we receive your cancellation request before your order has been fulfilled.
Once your order has been packed, or shipped, that order, unfortunately, becomes ineligible for cancellation.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please confirm that your order address is complete and correct before checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned to our merchants because of incomplete or incorrect addresses.
To have these orders correctly delivered, we may have to charge you for a replacement of plants damaged in transit due to “Return to Sender”, along with a new shipping fee. Packages cannot be resent without us receiving the original package from the courier.

If you live somewhere with hot summers or cold winters, we ask that you be cautious with your orders and recommend you use priority mail services to reduce shipping time.
During wintertime, if we recognize that you are shipping to a cold area, we will automatically include a 72-hour heat pack in your order if your temperature is below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
You are able to remove the heat pack from the order, but on removing the heat pack, you’ll no longer qualify for our 30-Day Trust guarantee.
Heat packs can vary in cost - they are typically anywhere from $3-5 per order.
Despite our merchant’s careful packaging, plants can become damaged by cold temperatures, frost, or extreme heat. Please order at your own risk, or delay the order at checkout if you’d like to ship at a warmer time. Neverland cannot take responsibility for weather-related damage.
Do you ship year round?
Most of our merchants will ship year-round. From November to December, we recommend keeping your heat pack add-on if you're shipping a live plant to a cold-weather area. We can not guarantee your plant will be covered under our 30-Day Trust guarantee if it is damaged in cold weather without a heat pack.
How long will it take for Neverland's merchants to ship their order?
Your order is generally processed within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. Holiday shipping times may vary.
My plant arrived damaged or dead, what should I do?
If you've purchased a live plant in accordance to our policies during cold weather months, we've got you covered under our 30 day trust guarantee. Follow instructions here to submit your request for a replacement.
I live outside of the continental US, will you ship to me?
Right now, Neverland only services the USA region. Our merchants do not ship internationally. If you live in the USA but outside of the continental USA, shipments to states like Alaska and Hawaii are dependent on the merchant's shipping policies. You will be able to see on each product page what states a merchant can't ship to, if any.
