Live Plant Refund or Exchange Policy

If a live plant that you’ve ordered through Neverland has health issues originating during shipping and has arrived damaged, we’ll be happy to get you a replacement plant. In order to submit a request for a refund, please send the following to [email protected]:

  • Photos of issues experienced
  • Photo of the box it was shipped in
  • Details of the issue or damage
Every live plant is covered under our 30 Day Trust Guarantee. We will work with you to resolve the issue and/or replace the plant to meet your satisfaction within 30 days of purchase. If we cannot send an exact replacement, we will work with you to get another similar plant as soon as possible.

Can I get a refund?
While our first solution is to always work with the merchant to replace your item, we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis as each individual situation requires.

Other Product Refund or Exchange Policy

This includes: seeds, pots, supplies, clothes, etc.
If you’ve ordered any product outside of a live plant, we abide by the merchant’s return policy for their non-plant products. We are unable to offer a 30 Day Trust guarantee for non-live product goods. All of our merchants offer returns for anything that’s arrived in damaged condition. If it’s not damaged, but you are returning it due to other reasons, we will abide by each merchant’s return and refund policy.
In order to start a refund or exchange for a non live plant product:

Ansel & Ivy - 1 Day
Ansel& Ivy guarantees that your plant will arrive safe and healthy. On the off chance that your plant or pot is damaged during shipping, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge. In this case, please email [email protected] your name, order number, and a few pictures of the plant within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Ansel & Ivy cannot send you a replacement without photos of the damaged plant. Unfortunately, Ansel & Ivy is not able to accept returns or offer refunds for any other cases.
Lazy Gardens - 3 Days
If your product comes to you damaged we ask that you contact Neverland ([email protected]) within 72 hours of delivery. Lazy Gardens cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 72 hours. Please provide us the order number, photo and description of the issue, and a photo of the box it was shipped in. If you are dissatisfied in anyway with your order, or if you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out via chat or [email protected]
Plantflix - 30 Day Return Policy
Plantflix has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact [email protected] If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. EXCEPTIONS: Certain types of items cannot be returned like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plant), custom products, and personal care goods (beauty products). Plantflix also doesn't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns. They also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Plant Shanty - 20% Restocking Fee If Fulfilled; No Apparel Returns; 5 Days To Report Damages
Plant and product orders can be canceled by email, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the order has already been picked and packed. Plant Shanty does not offer returns on Apparel. All other merchandise (non plant) orders may be returned and subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization. Shortages and damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Havens Gardens - 30 Days; Free Returns for Damaged; Paid Shipping if No Damages
Havens Garden offers a 30 Day return policy. If a product has been damaged during shipping, report within 5 days of receipt of the product to be eligible for a full replacement. If you're returning a product that is not damaged, but due to other reasons, you will be responsible for paying shipping label costs to return the product. All returned, non-damaged products must be in same condition as they arrived. Email [email protected] if you'd like to request a return.
Other Merchants
If a merchant is not specifically listed here, you can presume that their return policy applies only if the product is damaged. If a product arrives damaged, please report it within 5 days of receipt to [email protected] If you'd like to return a non-live product that is not damaged and you are returning due to other reasons, you will be responsible for covering shipping cost of the return. Merchants may have restocking fees associated with the order. All policies are subject to change at any time. Please reach out to [email protected] with your order.

Each merchant’s return and shipping policies are in place when you visit their products and add them to cart, so you can be confident that you’ll know exactly what you’re getting!
If there's a merchant not listed on here, presume that the return policy applies if the product is damaged. If a product is not damaged and you'd like to return it, you will likely be responsible for the shipping cost of the return unless the merchant's policy specifies otherwise. Some merchants do have restocking fees.


At Neverland, we can cancel your order if we receive your cancellation request before your order has been fulfilled.
Once your order has been packed, or shipped, that order, unfortunately, becomes ineligible for cancellation.
