Wild Water Lemon is a small herbaceous, vigorous, climbing perennial plant. Leaves are large and hairy, in tri-lobed with ovate to angular lobes. Grows quickly, easy to grow and flowers generously with white, red or pink in the center. Fruits are edible, tiny and in globuse shaped, yellow-orange to red when ripe. The stems are thin and wiry, covered with minute sticky yellow and delicately flavored. It's an amazing houseplant, will even set fruit indoors if hand pollinated or outdoors.
