The Old Man Cactus has sharp spikes covered in fluffy white tufts of hair that help keep itself cool in its natural environment. It thrives in hot, dry climates and enjoys direct sunlight.

Succulents tend to require less watering and fertilizing than other houseplants, but they may need additional nutrients from time to time. A good succulent plant food product may contain a variety of organic plant nutrients, trace minerals, natural growth hormones, humic + fulvic acids, and worm castings.
