The Swiss Cheese Plant is a beginner-friendly vining houseplant with large, heart-shaped leaves. The leaves develop holes as the plant ages. It is great for hanging baskets or training around a room.

Easy to propagate. Beware of not watering it enough. the leaves will start turning yellow on you. This will either hang or you can get a moss pole for it to climb.

I do love this plant. Relatively easy to grow with well draining soil. I've found it needs a touch of fish emulsion with each watering, then maybe half the recommended amount every coupl weeks for quick growth. The fenestrations definitely come with the proper light for me. Leaves that I've had grow indoors with low light (we have solar screens on the windows) don't have any. But I got a couple good grow lights for my collection and that brought them back. propagating was easy, too. I've tried soil, but water to soil is the only way I've gotten it to work.
