What in the heck is this? Much of the Living Stone is actually underground while the above ground stone-like appearance helps to confuse grazing animals in its native South Africa. Living Stones are a great low-maintenance house plant that provide a pop of color and a unique appearance.

Use this soil mix for succulents, palms, cactus, citrus, plumeria, and some tropical plants. A good Succulent, Palm and Citrus soil mix is a coarse, well-drained soil that is about one-third sand. It should absorb water quickly and provide excellent drainage. This soil mix should contain ingredients such as recycled forest products, pumice, sand, bark fines, dehydrated poultry manure, and hydrolyzed feather meal.
