The Lipstick Plant can be a little tricky, but once you find the perfect spot for it and don't overwater it, it will reward you with beautiful blooms that look like they came out of a lipstick tube. This plant prefers some bright light for a few hours and then medium light for the rest of the day. It does not like to be overwatered, but it does still enjoy high humidity.

zone 8-10 is ok for outdoor most time. Dose not like dry wind condition. it needs fertilizer 20-20-20 mixed with lots of water to spray the leaves or add little bit higher P-K lower N fertilizer for keeping it blooming.
