The Burro's Tail is a heat and drought tolerant succulent featuring long, sweeping stems with thick, fleshy green leaves. Hang in a basket, or place in a container with other succulents for a beautiful look.

Succulents tend to require less watering and fertilizing than other houseplants, but they may need additional nutrients from time to time. A good succulent plant food product may contain a variety of organic plant nutrients, trace minerals, natural growth hormones, humic + fulvic acids, and worm castings. Overfeeding your succulent, especially with high levels of nitrogen, can cause leaf and root rot problems.

Use this soil mix for succulents, palms, cactus, citrus, plumeria, and some tropical plants. A good Succulent, Palm and Citrus soil mix is a coarse, well-drained soil that is about one-third sand. It should absorb water quickly and provide excellent drainage. This soil mix should contain ingredients such as recycled forest products, pumice, sand, bark fines, dehydrated poultry manure, and hydrolyzed feather meal.

A great addition to a mixed succulent container or on its own in a hanging basket.

I got this plant when it barley had 10 leaves on each stem, and over the past 2 months it has become more of a lively green and is starting to lay against my pot !! I can’t wait till i can transfer it to a hanging basket! 

I think these are so cute! they do not need as much direct sun as other succulents and of course watering is minimal. 

i absolutely love this plant ! so different and has its own character. it’s a cactus and mine particularly only likes being watered about 1x a month. 

I’m having trouble encouraging any growth. It’s been the same size since I bought it. But it still looks super healthy. 

This js supposed to be an easy plant and for a lot of people that seems to be true. I still haven't figured out the water/light balance. It is super easy to propagate. It takes a fair amount of weight for it to become a hanging plant.
