The Boston Fern is one of the most popular ferns to grow. Its long, feather-like branches add vibrancy and lushness to any space.

This plant requires quite a bit of humidity or it won't survive. 

Ferns in general are very picky. They thrive off of humidity and need a specific amount of light. I find morning sun works best. Bathrooms are the perfect spot for them because of the humidity from the shower however it still needs adequate sunlight.

This poor fern has seen a lot. I transplanted it into a self-watering pot and probably had it in too bright of an indirect light. I basically forgot about it for months it looks like it was dead I started watering it again and moved it to the bathroom window sill and it's happy as can be what I do now is I pour water along the bottom of the pot and I let the fern drink the water up every 3 to 4 days. I don't need to run a humidifier in the bathroom because hello showers. 

She seems very happy now and I make sure to talk to her and tell her how pretty she is. and well ...she's seen me naked now so we've bonded. 🤣
