Antichoke Agave is an attractive, herbaceous evergreen perennial succulent formed into rosettes of broad, short, thick, silvery-blue leaves with reddish-brown sharp spines. A one great looking plant that blooms only after decades with showy yellow flowers. Ideal to place in containers, gardens, indoors or outdoors.

Use this soil mix for succulents, palms, cactus, citrus, plumeria, and some tropical plants. A good Succulent, Palm and Citrus soil mix is a coarse, well-drained soil that is about one-third sand. It should absorb water quickly and provide excellent drainage. This soil mix should contain ingredients such as recycled forest products, pumice, sand, bark fines, dehydrated poultry manure, and hydrolyzed feather meal.
